Importance of Job Analysis

Job analysis is an important part of human resource management. Through this an organization gets a clear and unambiguous idea about a position, staff and work. Analysis of work is considered as an urgent measure for formulating plans on the vital energy of the organization. Work analysis is essential for the organization to make the right decision in terms of recruitment, selection, staffing, training, etc. Also the areas of overall importance of work analysis are as follows:

Through work analysis, the organization gets the necessary information for each department at a given time.
