Employment Agency

Employment agencies are the firms started that provide employment to the public and hence fill the vacancies for the organisation. They keep a track on the available vacancies in a firm and find the right candidates for them.

Their earning is the commission they get from both the parties. They take a commission from the individual for providing the employment opportunity and from the organisation for providing them with suitable candidates and filling their vacant position. The organisation benefits from the service as it does not have to get involved with the process of recruitment. The organisation only has to select from the pool of candidates already available. Hence the organisation is able to save on cost and effort.
