Benefits of Job Analysis

Organization is benefited by analyzing jobs. If the job analysis is completed successfully, employees as well as management may be benefited. In the following points, benefits of job analysis are mentioned. For gaining these benefits, management and employees should, therefore, be very cautions.

1. Clear idea the individual job holder obtains a clear idea of his main responsibilities.
2. Job improvement it provides the individual with a basis of arguing for changes or improvements in his job (e.g. job redesign)
3. Relevant information it provides the individual with relevant information in respect of an appraisal he or she may have.
4. Opportunity to participate it may provide the individual with an opportunity to participate in setting his own.
