The part of general management that deals with the human side of the organization is called personnel management. The direction that deals with the workplace and their relationship with the organization is known as personnel management. Personnel management has limited scope and a counterproductive approach, where workers are seen as tools. Personnel management activities are a targeted influence on the human resources of an organization to bring about personnel opportunities and goals, strategies, conditions for the organization’s development.

The main objective of management is effective and planned utilization of human resources, as well as improving the decision-making process of those they directly affect. One of the most important logical management activities is the management of personnel as a rule, based on the concept of management – ​​a generalized submission (alternatively declared) about a person’s place in the organization. The basis of the organization’s personnel management concept is currently the growing role of the employee’s personality, knowledge of his motivational installations, his ability to form and work directly in accordance with the tasks faced by the organization.
